My S10 is completely dead, I know this but it's making a

almost like a slow turn signal click anyone ever have that

Make sure the battery has a full charge and all battery cables and connections all good. If battery is down, can't do any testing. If battery is down, use a charger and get it charged up. Grounds are important also, battery ground--engine ground--chassis ground. So you need voltage and ground. With a charged battery, voltage and grounds, good. Pick any system that doesn't work and I'll try to post wiring diagram for that system and we'll check it out. If you want wiring diagram for starter motor, I'll post it. Let us know.
