2000 chevy s10 getting lines back in place

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Somebody could explain to me what we're doing wrong it
would be greatly appreciated replace the fuel injector on a
Chevy S10 and the guy back together except for the two
silver fuel lines that go in the top with the bracket that
holds them in place I can't get the bracket back onto the
fuel lines I can't hold them down and keep them down long
enough to get it on there and I don't know what I'm doing
wrong
