Magic Battery?

Asked by Jason Jul 14, 2019 at 10:36 AM about the 2001 Honda CR-V

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have a strange problem,

engine off, use radio or even just AC for 5 minutes and the system shuts
down.

Cant start the car for around an hour, then no issues at all.

Is this a safety system or a fault?

So are you saying my battery magically recharges itself?

Batteries can regain a small amount of charge by sitting a while. I would have the battery tested and I would also clean and tighten the battery connections.
