I need a code for a 2000 Honda CRV radio

I had a battery problem and got it fixed but when i went to turn on my radio it said i needed a code the V.I.N # JHLRD186XYSO12265 i dont know the device serial number because we bought the car from a person not a company so if you could please help me that would be awesome.

just call your local honda dealer they should help you out

I found the code to get my radio back on right inside my 1999 CRV manual . Not sure if it is in all manuals but it was sure easy once I knew what to look for Good Luck!
