what is a beeping noise in honda crv 2000

came to a stop at a traffic lite and a beeping started for about 30 seconds...no lites came on in dashboard and beeping stopped .did not happen again but I wantg to know what it was an indicator of....?

My first thought was "Low Fuel" warning, BUT that would (or at least should) provide an indicator light on the dash...lasted a full 30 secs too?? Assuming this is the first time this has happened? Not 100% sure..maybe someone else with a CR-V can help...Sorry!
