Trouble getting into 1st/reverse, cold engine

I  drive a 96 Honda del sol. So this problem
first started happening a few weeks ago.
When my car would be sitting overnight
and after starting it (with no problem) my
clutch was stuck--it wouldn't go into first
or reverse. The clutch would be basically
touching the floor, with little resistance. But
after running the ending for like ten mins it
goes back to normal--no problem getting
into first/reverse, normal resistance, etc.
the brake fluid or whatever was a little low,
so I bought some and filled it to the max
level, but the problem continues to
happen: no resistance, engine reads below
cold, clutch not working, warm car for ten
mins, back to normal. Does anyone know
the problem??
