taiulgate only open manually after came out ofdealer repair

my honda crv 2007 after i took it home after the dealer air bag recall cuould not
open the tailgate  ans after looking at internet i open it but manually i have to go
thru tha hassel of open it up from inside  question if there any fuse that cause
this  or something got damage in the lock.  please help
