honda crv 2009 left brake light does not work bulb is good

Try moving the bulb in the socket with the left blinker on so you can see if you make contact. Otherwise you need a test light to start checking the bulb socket for power, then the wires running back to the plugin. A lot of times cleaning the plugin under the car with electrical cleaner take care of the problem. So also may need a new bulb socket.
