When parked on an incline, with e-brake on, car in 1st gear, car rolls forward.

When parked on an incline, if car is facing down hill, put trans in REVERSE. If parked with the back end facing down hill put car in FIRST gear. You need to check your E Brake cables for stretch/adjustment ot if snapped and you also need to check the E brake pads on the back to make sure they are not worn down, broken or missing.
