turn signals don't work, but hazards work and fuses are good help please

Either your turn signal relay has gone out, or your turn signal switch is bad. The relay will cause the turn signals not to blink, but hazards will not blink either. The switch would cause turn signals not to work, but hazards may work as normal.

yes the flashers work & all fuses are good! I just need to replace the turn signal "arm". It does work going left, but NOT to the right!

There are two flashers both face each other, you'll have to get under there to see the back flasher. I recently noticed it was two upon changing all fuses on my 89... I felt the slotts were empty.
