Why does my Ford Bronco to

My Ford Bronco will be running down the road and
shut off I'll wait 30-45 minutes and it will start back
up what is the problem

There are systems on cars that when defective are susceptible to heat and will just stop working. Could be bad coils. Or it could be leaking injectors flooding a hot engine, and in time the excess fuel dissipates and the cooled engine starts again.
