fuel tank registers full
2007 equinox when I fuel up 20 to 30 litres the fuel gauge registers full? What could cause this to happen. Computer or tank issues? Also the vehicle will not start on its own it always needs a boost? Again computer issue? No engine light is on or ever has been.
what does that mean a boost? Is this a jump from a set of battery charging cables or another vehicle? If you live in California....check the battery posts for the white powder growth and clean it off with a baking soda mixed with water. This should allow you to receive the 90% power you need to get cranking amps. That little dirt/powder can really minimize ur starting amps, as to your fuel gauge....it is normally located under the back seat and is a failing fuel sending unit. They are easy to change if you are handy. Normally goes out after 100,000 miles
