Ok I'm getting ready to buy a used 2007 Malibu
from someone and he says there is a problem with
the power steering.the car will turn on the radio
and everything but won't start is this only a power
steering issue

power steering has nothing to to with starting. The steering column may have faulty wire that is linked to the ignition. If he told you the power steering is the issue, I'd walk away from the dealer unless you get it inspected by a shop/mechanic! Smells fishy
