replaced passenger side rotor and brake pads -front- took for test ride and now is stopping very smoothly. Checked the other side rotor and it looks to be very smooth and shiny. Replace it????

ALWAYS REPLACE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME

always replace both at same time ! unequal wear is a problem with hoses, they collapse inside restricting flow and pressure to the caliper glazed rotor should be resurfaced, if with in spesifications

Hello, I am 16 years old. My mom bought a car for me just yesterday. It is a used 2006 Chevy HHR LS (Color: Maroon). We have a big problem, and I have tried searching the reason for this possible 'error', but have found nothing. The problem is that whenever I open the car door to get in, after a few seconds, the hazard signals come on (where both blinkers are on), and after a moment, (10-15 seconds) they cut off. This happens as well when I turn the car off, and go to get out, I even lock it. They cut off after 10-15 seconds, but this isn't normal I am guessing. If anyone that does know what is going on could possibly help, that'd be very helpful. Thank you for your time. 1 Answer

Hazard lights turn on before engine start up, and remain on for 10-15 seconds (turns off when car turns on) Hazard lights turn on after engine turns off, and remain on for 5-10 seconds.
