Chevy colbalt

OK I have a Chevy colbalt 07 it won't start the
starter and battery has been changed I got the
altinator checked and it's fine what could it be? It's
turning over and trying to start but it's not fully
starting

What's the fuel pressure /is it within spec's Will it run with starting fluid sprayed through the throttle plate??? If so It's a fuel pump problem . Is it leaking gas by the left rear wheel ??? Cobalt's are known for the fuel lines rusting through due to he foil wrap GM put around the fuel lines
