I have a 2005 Ford Expedition I just bought a new starter
for in June 2019. It start giving me trouble with starting
now it's got to where when I put the key in the ignition I turn
the key on i hear a clicking noise coming from the
passenger side floorboard, no crank. I tried Jumping It Off
to see if it would work but it doesn't work still just a clicking
noise coming from the passenger side floorboard so is it
could it be a worn engine? is it kinda stinky and smelly? would start by looking at the cam/crank/timing marks, seen them jump a tooth, the tensioner bearing wears out~
Maybe the starter has a warranty?
Nope no funny smells. When it first started acting funny it would start but when i would kill it, i would have to wait 1 to 2 hours before it would start again...
