Ford Wont start Battery is good

These past few days my truck has been labouring to start. i've been plugging
it in over night so i know its not cold. the batteries are reading at 12.8, and
there is no corrosion. i'm at a loss on what else to do or where to even look.
does anyone have any ideas?
