2006 ford f150 intermittently doesnt start on first crank

Intermittently throughout the day, my Ford f150 4.6
will not start on first crank.  It will always start on
second or third.  Does anybody have an idea what
may be causing this?   There is no check engine
lights that come on.

Check and replace air filter if necessary, clean throttle with throttle body cleaner, replace fuel filter if have not done so in awhile and add fuel injector to gas tank.
