Crankshaft sensor or camshaft sensor? Any codes?
I said battery earlier because it sounds like it has a surface charge on it when it starts. Have you load tested this battery or are you going off of a voltmeter on the battery with truck off? This is deceiving because it can show 12 volts and not be good.
