I have cool air sometimes but not always.
I filled the AC with R134 with a gauge and it's full.
My AC clutch keeps spinning whereas it is supposed to spin and stop off
and on. It doesn't stop spinning as it should.
I checked all the fuses and they are OK and the R134 is fine
Any ideas?

Did you just use a can from the auto parts store? You have to check both the low and high end pressure to fill it correctly. Have a professional shop check it out for you.
