Is their an easier way of changing my motor mounts on my 1980 Camaro or do I have to remove the springs, control arms and everything?

I would carefully place a small floor jack [ or sissor jack] with a board that fits across the oil pan, at first just jack to light pressure, remove the bolt on the mount, on both sides, (The bolt should slip in & out easily), remove mount from engine block, Replace with new mount & reassemble.
These are great ideas but I should of specified a little more. The engine is out of the car. Im talking about the three bolts holding the motor mounts to the frame that have nuts on the backside of them inside the solid frame with one hole on the backside of the frame for access. The nuts spin with the bolt so I cannot remove them.
Look closer, if they were put in, they can be taken out. So there must be a hole where a socket can be able to get in.
I have figured it out. Thanks for everyones help. Their is a hole on the backside. You have to use 3/8 drive with 2 3" extensions and a 7/16 swivel head to get on the nuts while another person uses the impact on the top side bolts. A little difficult but not too bad. The trick will be getting them back on. I think I will put the bolts up through with the nuts on top.
Get the car high as you can using jackstands and blocks. Get a long handled 9/16" distributor wrench. Heat the wrench with a propane/mapp torch until it's cherry red. Bend 90 degree end to around 45 degrees. Now you can snake the box end through the access holes and hold the nuts from spinning so you can remove them. The nuts have flanges so they do not fall off the box wrench when you go to install them.
