just replace vavle seals on 1980 camaro 229 v6 motor. want to know how to adjust the vavles now.

This is a touchy process gwen, you'll need to have some reference in front of you while you do it. Go to your local library and check out the Chilton's or Haynes manual for your Camaro and that will walk you through the process. Good luck!
