Hi my 1992 Toyota Cressida boiled like a geyser and lost all the radiator water on a really hot day after a 40 min drive and 5 stops with aircon and engine running ...a mechanic said it should not have happen as car should be able to idle all day BUT this was after a long drive very hot day and air con full bore and engine running can someone help please :)

thermostat stuck closed or fan failed. Engines run at 180+ degrees, even if it's 110 outside that's still cooler than the engine. If it got that hot it may have damaged something else.

Well the 7mge engine which is that car is notorious for blowing the head gasket, so if it got that hot the head gasket is most likely popped and 9 times out of 10 the head is gonna be warped on that particular engine

Blown head gasket. Very common in this long aluminum head configuration in Japanese cars. You'll need to have the head skimmed (fine milling of the gasket surface, minimum necessary to attain straightness), new aftermarket high-tensile head studs, and aftermarket multi-layer embossed stainless head gasket. I didn't know this the first time, but the second time, I found myself paying more attention. Not an impossible thing to fix, but I've done a lot of easier head gasket replacements...
