My 1993 toyota camry only will run for a short time like 2 hrs and now it has gotten shorter like 15 minutes it will drop rpms down to 0 if we run it for a while

we can only run our toyota for only about 15 minutes and we have to keep it
on the battery charger at all times when not in use it has a brand new battery
and new starter new ignition modulator and new spark plugs it I was
wondering if it could be the ecm please let me know
