put battery in wrong

I put my battery in wrong and i blew the fuse 100A and now my car does not start at all. i replaced the battery put in the right way and now lights come on and they would not before i replaced the 100A battery however now the car will not shift from park and it will not come on and the windows dont electronically come down please help

I put my cables on wrong on my 2012 Toyota Camry when I realize they were on wrong I immediately took them off but now my AC isn’t working and it was working fine before this

Goddess here....Mine was engine control module. On top of v6 right side. Two big blogs going in 4 screws to take out 94 to 96 only Lexus es 300 95 same parts they say toyota
