Question type: General

If I don't have to worry about emissions on a 95
Celica can I plug up the pcv hose can I just cap both

You could but you'd be putting your engine at risk of blown gaskets and/or valve leak.

Can I just plug intake manifold end an just let valve cover end breath

There'd be no problem as far as pressure but you could end up with oil blowing into your engine bay.

Bad idea and there is Nothing to gain.

you could, BUT excessive pressure in the valve cover is an indication of blow-by, most likely engine issue
