How I can know if my Rav4 4WD or 2WD ?

You can physically go under the car and look for a shaft and differential leading to the rear wheels. I also think a RAV4 would have some buttons or lever/shifter to select 2WD, 4WD Low, 4WD High. Maybe even a button to lock the differential.
