Gear changing problems with Toyota Allex

Asked by Jun 09, 2017 at 09:33 AM about the 2001 Toyota Corolla

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello. When I drive my Toyota Allex(automatic) at times it struggles to
change gears up and after some time of doing this it starts flowing
normally. The coolant in the reserve tank of the radiator finishes after some
time of driving, the other time I had just parked the car, heard some sounds
of coolant movements coming from the engine and suddenly all the water
that was left in the tank was drained up into the system. Could the gear
problem be related to the coolant system?
