It's really hard to diagnose a problem like this without inspecting the car. The new pads and rotor surfaces do need a break-in period to mate together. The caliper slide pins need to be greased as well when the pads are replaced, a sticky slide pin can make for noisy brakes. Question: does it make the noise all the time or only when braking?

You didn't install a brake pad upside down with the friction material facing away from the disk did you?
