Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is it safe to drive with the red oil indicator light on to mechanic?

1 Answer

You wound need to verify the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge before driving it. It is possible the oil pressure sending unit is bad, but you wouldn't want to chance locking up the engine.
