transmission filter and fluid replacement

After replacing fluid and
filter on the transmission I
cannot my husband cannot
get the flu to go back in
wondering if he's trying to
put it in the wrong place
where is the refill port

I have no clue ! although I've toyed with cars for decades ,they change everything to often ,first if you or he tackled this job without any knowledge of this car I give ya credit for trying , buy a basic subaru repair book at the auto parts store for that car , or search u tube for that car

Are you using the transmission dip stick tube under the hood?

You fill it thru the dipstick with a long funnel,I believe the other spot is the front differential,at least it was that way on my 99 Subaru legacy outback and on my 05 Subaru legacy outback
