2000 Subaru B4 legacy overheating/coolant leaking. HELP

I have a 2000 subaru b4 legacy. Im not much of a car guy but my car has been over
heating. When i open the hood the insulation is wet above the radiator. Also the top of the
radiator is has bubbling water coming out of the top of it. Would this indicate a bad
radiator? Or something else causing pressure to build up or something? Also one more
thing my heat doesn't work on my ac so maybe there is something affecting both. Maybe
the sensor. Which i don't know where it is located.

If you lost heat, that means your coolant is not circulating through the heater core which is located in the firewall/dash. This points to a clogged heater core or stuck thermostat. When you say your coolant is coming out of the top of the radiator, is it coming out of the radiator cap? Or out of the radiator itself?
It could be just a bad radiator cap not sealing well and leting the coolant boil out or a bad thermostat. A clogged heater core shouldn't cause the issues described as only some coolant is circulated through it, it's not like all of the coolant is piped directly through that core.
Ok thanks. Im not quite sure where the thermostat on my car is located though. Any help?
The thermostat is right on the bottom of the engine where the two inch lower radiator hose goes into it.
Where can I get a 2001 Subaru Legacy B4 Twin Turbo thermostats? I've been looking but could not find one
