When idling my 2005 Saturn relay vibrates
hard. Anyone have any suggestions as to
what may be causing this?

That would be a misfire, more noticeable at idle speed. Replace spark plugs and maybe some plug wires and see if that helps. It could also be a sticking valve or bad injector.
