where are the speed sensor and speedometer cable located at on a 91 bonneville

Hi monga, The speed sensor is an internal gear in the transmission (usually plastic) that rotates as the transmission picks up speed. The odometer cable is simple the cable used to connect the speed sensor to the odometer. These can sometimes be a single unit. The speed sensor should be coming out of the transmission at or near the top and connect to the firewall somewhere near the dash. Good luck!
