where is the IAT sensor located

i am looking for the IAT sensor on the 3.3 liter motor and i can not seem to find it can you help???

hi Crash, check out this site. It has an online repair manual for the car and should be able to tell you where the Intake Air Temp sensor is located. If not then a Chilton Repair manual would certainly be able to tell you.
