wont start

replaced started turn on car everything work lights horn wiper but starter won turn over yes its wired right, so I pushed car back into a parking space and tried again,,the starter  tried to start but stopped within a second, and back to everything working but the starter

Some new after market,starter,s are bad,may need to have it checked,
