Engine swap

Asked by Jun 14, 2017 at 08:39 AM about the 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix

Question type: Car Customization

Can you take a super charge  engine out and put a
regular engine in with out  changing  the computer
or anything else

1 Answer

No. The fuel delivery system is different and you would be missing some sensors related to the supercharger which would likely confuse the computer.
