2000Grand Prix- JUST replaced the battery, it starts and then as soon as I push the gas pedal it sputters and dies

Well this still has no answers so ill take a stab. Do you have to move anything or unplug anything to replace the battery on these? I cant picture what yhe engine bay looks like or which side the battery is on. But that would be my best guess is that something is unplugged if in fact it ran fine before you replaced it.

It's either got a vacuum leak or you disturbed the ignition wires.
