My car door lock seem to be frozen. If I would use oil wold that help to open the door

oil might unfreeze it but it will soon gunk it up as dirt will stick to it, try a graphite spray instead. If that doesn't "unstick" it, you may have some bent or misaligned locking rods internal to the door, or a key that has simply gotten to worn for the lock.
