Idle rough

My 2000 Pontiac Bonneville 3.8 liter engine when I crank it up it runs rough but in a
minute or two it start running smooth, But when I place it in reverse or drive it start
running rough and seem to want to stall, But when i place it back in park or neutral the
engine smooths back out. What can be the problem that this is happening???

I don't think its neither of those joemom because the car starts perfect every time I turn it over I'm thinking that it maybe the Massive Air Flow Sensor for it run rough in drive or reverse but the engine run smooth when in neutral or park.

What if is runs really rough while in park or drive and continues to run rough until it reaches about 20 MPH then runs fine?
