No crank or atart

My battery is good my starter is good. When I turn
on my key all the lights come on fuel pump pumps
fuel the Solenoid don't  click and nothing tested
starter and batter. Without the ignition wire hooked
up it will crank?

That is if you are talking the small wire that is on the starter.

I'm saying it will crank but not start I'm asking what it could be

Sounds like you do not have spark. Do you know where the small wire runs too? The coil needs 12v running to it.
