HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL?

IM AN INSTALLER AT ABC WAREHOUSE.I AM PUTTING DOOR SPEAKERS IN AND CANT GET THE DOOR PANEL OFF,ARE THERE HIDDEN SCREWS SOMEWHERE?

sometimes there are screws in the arm rest of the door panel. just a shot in the dark though.
