Given that it's General Motors, the door parts are probably almost identical across all cars(Saturns included). I think it would be a good idea if you were to go to a junk yard with your tools and try to extract that part from a GM car. Disassembly will give you a good idea of the difficulty you will have during installation without waiting for a pre-removed part to ship, and if it proves too difficult, you can opt to take the whole assembly minus locks, or even the entire door if it will fit your car. I'm almost certain that you will want to pack a grease gun for this occasion.
