No, why would you want to?
If you could the ABS light would be on all the time and your ABS would not work.
Yes sir, and I don't even know where he would find one to fit.
Hubs with the ABS don't cost very much. I just did my F150 and I think they cost $100 for the pair and now my ABS works again!
Used wheel bearings are probably false economy. Check Amazon to see what they charge.
Well it is illegal for a junk yard to sell parts like that, anything pertaining to the front end, steering, bearings, they need to be replace with new.
Yes sir! At least in my state it is.
Wheel bearings are a safety issue. Disabling the ABS is foolish.
No ice or snow there so why do you need ABS anyway? ;)
I am in the U.P. of Michigan. Like F.O.R. says, it is a safety issue, there would be liabilities.
This is a chance to educate your step son on responsibility and looking ahead at the possible consequences of driving a car that is not as safe as it should be. His life is just beginning, help him start it out on the right foot.
Sorry Gary , just being sarcastic. I know how Wyoming roads are, I have been there and I live in a snowy area myself.
