2004 Pontiac grand prix no heat or A/C

took it into the shop for them to check out and they said it was the blower
motor. fast forward a couple of weeks, I have replaced the blower motor, the
resistor and checked all the correct fuses. it will only blow very slightly when
the car is going at high speeds down the highway. help! its getting very cold in
my region.

Fan switch on the control panel. Check that. HTH. -Jim
