Look at your fuse guide in your manual and read closely it could be run off another fuse that runs more then one thing and could be hard to miss with the tiny writing. it could be named as "power outlet" or "power point" as well.

If you can't find anything like that just pull fuses one by one but put them back I'm place immediately after if they ain't blown. There is a fuse box under your hood too look at the diagram for that. If you find the fuse and it not blown then it's the plug in itself, wich is common.

Cigarette lighter, really? Didn't any car after about model year 2000 had one. dhw270 is right. It is probably listed as a power outlet in your owner's manual and, if you don't have a manual, the fuse is probably a 10 or 15 amp value.

It is actually not listed in the diagram. It is the 25 amp fuse under the hood in Row 8! Guaranteed.

The answer Jason gave is correct. In the fuse box under the hood. it is the only fuse in row 8. It is a 25 amp fuse # 10 marked aux pwr on the diagram.
