Question type: Maintenance & Repair

diagnostic    code p0176 and p0496.  Are they related and what needs to be
repaired?

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0172 -running rich-too much fuel in fuel/air trim. P0496 - EVAP flow during non-purge condition. Yes, they are related. The EVAP is sucking fumes and possibly even fuel from tank in to intake at all times, when the purge valve should be closed
