Why wont my 2005 Pontiac Montana start?

Could it be fuel pump or coil packs?

when you put the key to the on position, do you hear fuel charging up the fuel rail? we can look at your fuel pump relay or fuse~ would not suspect the coil packs unless wet weather has set in~
