I changed the fuse wire and now the car starts without a key

What is a fuse wire? You did something you should not have so figure out what you did and reverse it.

It starts without you turning the ignition, how do you stop the starter from cranking engine. There is wires & then there is fuses. The only combination of the two is on older cars & trucks called fuse links. Do as said above undo what ever you did and take to a shop.
