Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay somebody please help me!!! I have this
problem and I don’t know what to do I had a
mechanic that I thought I could trust I was in
a different town and my car started to
overheat but the day before that my mom
drove it and told me I need to get some
antifreeze  So I thought the next day which I
did I grabbed some antifreeze and some oil
since I put my hood up and checked it, it was
steaming!!! My oil & my sensor in the car was
letting me know that it was high on my temp
gage to remind you like a month ago I had
just put in a new water pump but my
mechanic hasn’t did the thermostat at the
same time which I was hearing he
should’ve!!! So I had put I guess oil in it that
was like 3 quarts was too much ‍♀️ And the
antifreeze so on my way home my car was
shutting down every 15-20 mins on my way
home!!! I took it to my mechanic and he just
smelt my oil dip stick and automatically said I
messed up my whole motor smh. But didn’t
even attempt to drain anything out and look
clearly!!! I took my car to another mechanic
everyone told me to go to he had did a tune
up for me my wires and plugs were done for
and put a new thermostat in and antifreeze
again because I’ve been going thru antifreeze
like crazy so he should’ve told me right there
that it’s a leak but I don’t know I’m learning
as I go as well and he I guess didn’t  expect
nothing I guess so then he said I had a
bubble in a air flow and he had to get it out
because it still was overheating with the new
thermostat but there isn’t a peddle of leaking
coolant on the ground and no heat is blowing
out with the new thermostat my engine is
shaking and he said I need a coral pack and
air filter for that but I called him today and I
explained and he’s saying it sounds like a
cracked head I just want to know because if
my motor was done for at all it wouldn’t be
going this long right?? And the car by itself is
running all good it’s just not holding any
coolant and now my oil isn’t even dark like
one of the mechanics that told me to get rid
of my car said it’s an emotional roller coaster
I love My Pontiac this makes my second
Pontiac there good cars !!! I’ve put so much
money into it already
